Refund

We work really hard to ensure the gucci jewelry you get from us are 100% accurate based on your requirements. However, if for any reason you are not happy or satisfied with your purchases, you can simply return the item in its original condition for a refund, a replacement or an exchange in accordance with our return and refund policies.

The Return Instructions as follows:

Step #1: Contact us to get a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
To ensure that your return is processed according to your instructions, please contact us for a return authorization number (RA#), and/or provide exchange information. This number will insure that your return is processed correctly and in a timely manner.Please contact us at first to obtain the return address at service@topbuygucci.com

Step #2: Packaging and Labels
Please complete the Return Form on your shipping document. Be sure to include the return authorization number that you have been given by calling the above number, attach the form to your package and return it to us within 30 days of receipt.

Step #3: Care and Shipping.
Because the safe return of your package is as important to topbuygucci.com as it is to you, please insure your package for the full value listed on the invoice. Ship your package via EMS REGISTERED MAIL and request a return receipt, which will assure you that your package has arrived at topbuygucci.com.

Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following restrictions:

•    The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.
•    Non-insured packages will be returned to sender.
•    Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
•    Special orders and engraved items are not returnable.
•    Processing, shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.

When customers asking for a refund because of their own reasons, such as negligence or later changing the idea and so on, a 5% service fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to return. The $9.99 shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
